For everyone who is building something real and doesn't want to build it alone.

Starting a business is rarely about having the perfect idea. It’s about navigating the messy middle: the decisions you don’t know how to make yet, the systems you didn’t realize you needed, and the quiet pressure of trying to hold everything together while still moving forward.

This is where I work.

I support founders and early-stage business owners as a guide and sense-maker, helping you turn scattered thoughts into clear next steps, and good intentions into systems that actually work in the real world.

What I Bring Into the Room

I’m not coming to you from a textbook. I come from the trenches.

I’ve built, launched, sold and grown multiple ventures of my own, and I’ve spent years sitting across the table from entrepreneurs as a SCORE Small Business Mentor, helping them work through everything from early paperwork and compliance to pricing, operations, and long-term direction.

In 2015, I received the SCORE Small Business Impact Award for my work supporting the community, an acknowledgment of the time I’ve spent helping founders move from “I don’t know where to start” to “I know what my next step is.”

How I Support Founders

My work isn’t about handing you a rigid playbook. It’s about helping you build your system.

Support can include:

  • Clarifying your business structure, direction, and early operational setup

  • Working through startup paperwork and administrative foundations

  • Helping you map simple, sustainable processes for growth

  • Preparing for conversations with partners, lenders, or advisors

  • Creating space to think through decisions instead of reacting to them

Sometimes the work is practical. Sometimes it’s strategic. Most often, it’s both.

Workshops & Guided Sessions

I also offer founder workshops and small-group sessions for entrepreneurs who want to build alongside others; focused on clarity, systems, and the human side of running a business.

These sessions are designed to be accessible, grounded, and real—not corporate, not theoretical.

I'm here for you!

I’ve been honored to walk alongside founders and builders at many stages; real people turning ideas into first steps, and businesses finding their way back to what they set out to build.  The stories and reflections here grow out of those relationships.

If you’re carrying a lot in your head and trying to build something that matters, you don’t have to do it alone.
