GC & Construction Services
Green Hat Projects provides practical waste guidance for construction teams who want fewer surprises, clearer assumptions, and better control once work begins.
This work is not about adding paperwork or slowing teams down. It’s about bringing experienced, real-world waste insight into a process that’s often rushed or handled reactively.
Pre-Construction Support - Waste Snapshot Retainer
On-call waste review for bids and RFPs that costs less than one dumpster pull for ongoing monthly support.
This monthly retainer gives contractors access to experienced waste guidance during estimating, without changing how your team already works.
What this looks like in practice
-
Quick reviews of RFPs or bid documents
-
High-level waste assumptions:
-
Container types and sizing
-
Service frequency considerations
-
Common cost and logistics red flags
-
-
Responses via email or brief (10–15 minute) calls
-
Practical guidance your team can factor into bids
What this is not
-
Not bid pricing
-
Not hauler coordination
-
Not a full waste management plan
-
Not LEED documentation
This service is designed to support estimating — not replace it.
Available as a monthly retainer.
Post-Award Support - Construction Waste Management Plans (CWMP)
Once a project is awarded, Green Hat Projects can develop a clear, job-specific Construction Waste Management Plan when needed.
CWMPs are available to retained clients and are used to:
-
Clarify waste streams and diversion requirements
-
Set realistic procedures for the jobsite
-
Reduce confusion between PMs, subs, and haulers
-
Support documentation when required
One complimentary CWMP per year may be offered to retained clients, allowing teams to experience how a full plan works in practice. Additional CWMPs are scoped and priced separately.
Additional Construction Services
-
Waste audits & diversion planning
-
LEED documentation & tracking (when applicable)
-
Waste savings and service-level reviews
-
Recycling and sustainability initiatives tied to operations
