My career didn’t follow a straight line. It unfolded through curiosity, creativity, and a deep desire to build things that matter.

I’ve launched and sold businesses, guided brands from idea to execution, supported teams through growth and transition, and worked inside industries as varied as food manufacturing, childcare, waste management, and sustainability. Each chapter taught me something different about how people work, what businesses need, and how clarity creates momentum.

Over the years, I became the person organizations called when they needed someone who could see the whole picture: operations, people, processes, communication, and the quiet parts in between. Whether I was improving systems, strengthening customer relationships, developing strategies, or helping a team navigate change, my role was always the same: bring order, connection, and grounded thinking to whatever was in front of me.

I launched Green Hat Projects as a home for that kind of work.

But my story isn’t only about business. It’s also about resilience, healing, and learning to listen deeply  to myself, to others, and to the world around me.

After the loss of my husband, I turned to quiet walks, journaling, and nature as a way to steady myself. That practice became Tree Talking, a reflection-based approach that now lives alongside my consulting work. 

Together, Green Hat Projects and Tree Talking represent everything I’ve learned as a founder, leader, strategist, and human being: that clarity changes things, connection builds resilience, and the best solutions come from paying attention to the whole story — not just one piece of it.
