Tree Talking is the path back to ourselves, a place where nature, journaling, and healing meet.
While my consulting work helps businesses reduce waste and build greener systems, I’ve learned that sustainability truly begins within. Out of my own journey, I created Tree Talking: a space for journaling in nature, finding resilience, and reconnecting with your voice.
Tree Talking began as my way to listen - to the quiet lessons of the trees and to the stories we carry inside. Over time, it has grown into a space where others can pause, reflect, and return to what grounds them. At its center is the simple act of journaling: a practice that roots our thoughts, reveals patterns, and gives our inner voice room to breathe.
I believe nature has a way of holding us steady while we grow. The rustle of leaves, the rhythm of a trail, even a still morning light, all of it invites us to slow down and notice what’s unfolding within. Through journals, prompts, workshops, and small gatherings, Tree Talking creates gentle spaces for that kind of reflection where healing feels less like effort and more like coming home.
Tree Talking continues to grow through local workshops, maker’s markets, and seasonal events. Follow along on Facebook for upcoming dates, new journaling collections, and glimpses of what’s blooming next.
